The TPS4.2 is a compact electric LAMTEC actuator with a torque of 4.5 Nm. It is a CMS system component and works with CMS, ETAMATIC, FMS and VMS as well as in other combustion and industrial applications. It is operated by three-point step control.

Position feedback comes from a CONTELEC 5 kΩ potentiometer. The actuator satisfies the safety requirements for using tested potentiometers and for coupling them positively and without backlash. Together with optional plug-in shafts, its internal square drive allows different output shaft forms. The degree of protection is IP65, and the ambient temperature range is -10…+60 °C.
