TESI's TP60 and TP76 pilot torches take their combustion air by forced draft. The flame is supervised either by the standard ionisation rod or by an integrated UV optical flame detector that is fitted in its place. The pilot body carries the gas and air inlets, the connection for ignition or ignition plus ionisation and the UV detector connection; the tube length is fixed when ordering.
TP60 has a 60 mm outer tube diameter and TP76 a 76 mm one. TP60 reaches up to 250 kW with a flame of up to 1200 mm, while TP76 reaches up to 600 kW with a flame of up to 2000 mm. Ignition is by a high-voltage (HV) electrode or a high-energy (HE) igniter of up to Ø17 mm.
TESI pilot burners can be ordered with a built-in HE or HV ignition rod, optical or ionisation-rod flame monitoring and thermocouples, and the range also covers gas, oil and dual-fuel pilots. Size and shape follow the customer's specification, and the ignition and flame monitoring parts come out without the whole pilot being dismantled. All TESI products carry the CE mark.
