VC10 is a boiler control application added to the GUI610 or GUI615 touch screen. It extends the CMS combustion management system with control functions for a steam or hot water boiler. Support for BT300 is in preparation.
VC10 covers only non-safety-related functions; keeping the boiler safe is left to an external system, such as the CMS interlock safety chain. Peripheral devices — pumps, control valves and the flue gas damper — connect to VC10 through two I/O modules.
